The New Community Sandhill Preserve on Palmer Ranch Doesn’t Disappoint

I had the honor of visiting the model and sales center for Sandhill Preserve on Palmer Ranch today.  As veteran of real estate in this area, I was expecting the typical Pulte/DiVosta product that we see so heavily in Village Walk and the Isles.  From the moment I walked into the model, I realized that I was wrong.  DiVosta has completely stepped up their game in terms of the ability to customize, levels of higher end finish, and diversity of models, elevations, and floor plans.

We are sorely in need of new product in Sarasota, and Sandhill Preserve is in a great price point- with base prices in the low $300’s to low $400’s plus lot premium, elevation and upgrades.  A well equipped home will be around $400,000 and the higher end on larger lots will probably push $500,000 or more.  This is fresh new look from DiVosta and I am very excited about the features and quality as well the level of customization that they are offering.
