Siesta Key Sales- My Latest Work

Recently, I was involved in two transactions on the world-class barrier island of Siesta Key – a place that has really been hitting the headlines lately for its pristine white sandy beaches. After being named the #1 beach in the United States by TripAdvisor, USA TODAY readers ranked Siesta Beach as one of the best beaches in Florida. It’s really no wonder eager buyers have been flocking to the Key in pursuit of their slice of paradise. Here are two of my recent sales on the Key:

760 Norsota Way

With over half-an-acre in the heart of Bay Island, this nicely wooded home-site had never been on the market, and presented the ideal opportunity to refurbish the existing structure or start fresh and build a brand new home. Working with the seller, I listed the property at $600,000, and it sold for 92% of that price. According to Trendgraphix, this list to sale percentage is pretty consistent throughout the neighborhood.

4111 Higel Ave

My buyer was searching for the ideal tropical retreat, and we found it on Higel Avenue, one of Siesta’s most sought-after streets. Set on over an acre of land, the property features a main 3 bedroom home and a relaxed 1 bedroom guest house, perfect for visitors (and who wouldn’t want to stay when you have a private deeded beach and tiki hut across the street!). I negotiated a sale price of $1,350,000 for the property.
